Duckor Metzger & Wynne, APLC, Senior Counsel Alex M. Outwater is a seasoned litigator who represents clients in complex civil litigation. Alex has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, giving him a comprehensive perspective and the strategic foresight to effectively advocate for his clients in a variety of forums, including state and federal courts.
Prior to joining DMW, Alex practiced at several well-known law firms in San Diego and contributed to major recoveries in securities and consumer protection cases, including matters involving data privacy, defective products and misrepresentations in corporate mergers. His work includes class actions and shareholder suits that resulted in multi-million-dollar settlements.
