Positions Available

Business Litigation Attorney

We are seeking an experienced business litigation attorney with a minimum of 10 years’ civil litigation experience.  Excellent academic credentials and writing skills required.  We offer excellent opportunities for practice development and professional growth in a collegial environment.

Collaboration with team members is an important component of any role at DMW.  Therefore, the firm highly encourages working in the office approximately 60% of the time and in accordance with the firm’s published guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Graduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Admitted to the California Bar
  • 10 years’ experience working with complex litigation matters
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple competing priorities and responsibilities, highly organized, and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings
