Tony R. Skogen, Jr. is a shareholder at Duckor Metzger & Wynne and provides litigation, advice, and counsel services to Southern California’s business community.
Tony is a member of the firm’s employment practice group and has experience in almost all areas of employment litigation from inception through trial and arbitration on behalf of a wide range of companies and individuals.
Prior to representing management, Tony prosecuted plaintiffs’ employment claims and through those experiences gained a unique and invaluable perspective for defending businesses and management, often leading to creative solutions and litigation avoidance.
Tony was named a top 100 lawyer by The National Advocates, and currently has a “10.0 out of 10.0” and “Superb” AVVO rating and has earned the designations of Top Attorney in both business and employment litigation.
