Duckor Metzger & Wynne, APLC, is pleased to announce that Katherine C. Fine was elevated to shareholder.
Kate provides strategic counsel and strong defense to businesses facing legal challenges, including wrongful termination, wage and hour, discrimination, harassment and retaliation matters. She has successfully represented employers in administrative proceedings before federal agencies and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and U.S. Court of International Trade.
Kate has also achieved notable successes in her Trust & Estate Litigation practice. Her proficiency in handling contentious trust disputes has led to timely settlements, demonstrating her skill in navigating complex probate matters.
