Anna was also one of several attorneys interviewed by the ABA Journal for an article published April 1, 2025, titled “Managed Care: When Dealing With a Serious Illness, Lawyers Should Attend to Themselves and Clients.”
“It turned my life upside down,” Anna told the ABA Journal about her diagnosis. She recommends people with serious or terminal diagnosis allow themselves to feel the emotions first before making any big decisions about work.
She added: “…[W]ith love and support and encouragement from my family, friends and colleagues, I keep going.”
