Rose Huelskamp has been elected to a three-year term on the board of directors of the Probate Attorneys of San Diego.
Huelskamp – a shareholder in Duckor Metzger & Wynne’s trust and estate litigation practice – represents clients involved in trust and estate disputes and other matters before the probate court. She has litigated numerous trust and estate matters for more than a decade.
Huelskamp also advises and represents trustors, private and institutional trustees, and beneficiaries in litigation involving the administration and distribution of trusts.
The mission of PASD is to promote professional development among probate practitioners, and advocacy in the local probate courts.
